Handle front desk reception, greets visitors and responds to phone enquiries
Coordinate daily incoming / outgoing mails and courier arrangement
Answer and screen incoming calls and taking messages clearly
Provide clerical support in daily business operations
Supports daily operations for the Office Administration Department
A half-day shift on Saturday will be required once a month, with compensation leave provided
We are looking for:
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred
A minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
Good written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
Proactive with positive attitude and good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work under pressure and independently; Self-motivated and good team work
