Co-Creation -- Impact Giving

Project Executive (Ref No: HKCSS/020/2025)

Two-year renewable contract

Responsibilities:

• Implement funding schemes to enable co-creation and social innovation in addressing social challenges;
• Organize materials for the assessment of funding applications, conduct eligibility and due diligence check;
• Engage and communicate with grantees on the progress and outcomes of funded projects, review project reports;
• Plan and organize project visits and activities;
• Assist supervisor in building a culture of co-creation among the team.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above;
• Passionate in making positive impact and advancing societal well-being;
• Collaborative, strong communication skills, good command in written and spoken Chinese and English;
• High proficiency in Excel, web-based applications and social media;
• Experience in project management or administration will be an advantage.

5-day work per week. 21-day annual leave.
