工作範圍:

• 協助銷售公司療程及產品
• 提供專業的激光/醫學美容護理療程知識給顧客,協助顧客改善皮膚問題
• 為顧客安排電話/網上預約服務
• 回覆電話/ Facebook / Whatsapp等網上諮詢 
• 跟進每位顧客的療程紀錄，並與顧客保持良好的關係，提升顧客對公司品牌的忠誠度

The scope of work

• Assist in introducing company treatments and products
• Provide professional laser/medical beauty care treatment knowledge to customers and assist customers to improve their skin problems
• Maintain good relationships with customers and enhance customer loyalty to the company's brand
• Responsible for receiving visitors and arranging their treatment appointments
• Reply phone calls / Facebook / Whatsapp and other online inquiries
• Assist store managers in handling business, administrative work and some special projects

職位要求:

• 對美容，扮靚有興趣的年青男/女
• 具銷售/客戶服務經驗者優先
• 良好的人際交往能力及溝通技巧
• 為人誠實勤奮，親切有禮，待客由心出發
• 具備團隊精神
• 能閱讀及書寫中文(流利廣東話，普通話及簡單英語) 
• 中英文電腦打字熟練 
• 懂日語及韓語者更佳

Job Requirements

• Genuine interest in beauty and aesthetics 
• With sales or customer service experience are preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Honest, hard-working, kind and courteous
• Good team spirit and able to work closely with colleagues in different positions
• Good in read and write English (if can speak Chinese is an advantage)
• Proficient in computer typing in English
