Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in managing mall, commercial buildings, and carpark
• Make sure building facilities and equipment are in good conditions daily
• Handle enquiries and complaints from tenants and customers in a professional manner
• Monitor work quality and performance of all service contractors including cleaning, security, repair & maintenance
• Prepare letter, memo and monthly reports
• Coordinate with internal and external parties as well as government departments
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned including working at other sites and car parks

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Housing / Property Management
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ relevant experience with managing sizable shopping mall and carpark is preferred
• Qualified for PMP (Tier 2) License
• Driving License is preferred
• Customer-oriented and with good communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc
• Immediate available is preferred
