How you will make an impact: 

  • To assist the Technical Manager to carry out the maintenance and operation issues
  • To comment and check the design from consultants and tenants
  • To supervise the contractors on site and check quality and progress of work
  • To handle emergencies due to breakdown of essential building services, e.g. A/C supply, electricity supply
  • Coordination and counter check on preventive maintenance schedules
  • In-charge of all aspects on maintenance and repairs
  • Preparation of scope of work on maintenance and technical issues for management office’s procurement

What we are looking for:  

  • Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate or above in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Building Surveying / Building Studies or equivalent;
  • Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade A or above is required
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in property maintenance
  • Good communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point. Good writing skills in English and Chinese
  • Experience gained in sizeable property management companies will be an advantage 
  • Proficiency in spoken English & Cantonese.  Mandarin is preferred but not a must
