How you will make an impact:

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Multimedia Designer who will play a pivotal role in crafting visual content that engages and captivates our audience. You will work collaboratively with our marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and produce multimedia assets that convey our brand message and elevate our online and offline presence.

Multimedia and Graphic Design

• Create visually appealing and innovative graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, print, and multimedia presentations.
• Design and edit videos, animations, and motion graphics to support marketing projects.
• Maintain and enforce brand consistency in all design elements, ensuring alignment with the company's visual identity guidelines.

Collaborative Branding Initiatives

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visual content aligns with branding and campaign goals.
• Work seamlessly with Content, Partnerships, Sales & Marketing, and other teams to ensure all creations reflect our brand image.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and conceptualize creative ideas for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials.

Project Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring proper file naming conventions and efficient storage.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to bring fresh perspectives to the team.
• Perform ad hoc and other assignments as required.

What we are looking for:

• Degree at bachelor level - Visual Communication / Graphic / Web / Digital Design or related.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in multimedia design including graphic, video editing and online/offine collaterals, agency experience preferred.
• Proficiency working in Mac OS environment with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro/After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign; good in Microsoft Office
• Proven experience in multimedia design; solid knowledge in video editing, motion graphic and photography
• Strong sense of graphic design and typography
• Creative, pro-active, responsible, and well-organized
• Good communication skill, able to articulate design concepts to different stakeholders
• Effective written & verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Excellent attention to detail, strong artistic sense, ability to innovative and think creatively in line with current trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across various mediums
