Job Posting Details

The Undergraduate Recruitment and Admissions Office is currently seeking self-motivated, independent and dynamic individuals for a position of Assistant Manager within the recruitment team. We are looking for candidates who exhibit good organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • promote the University's Undergraduate programs and run a wide range of student recruitment projects and marketing campaigns for local prospective students primarily;
  • cultivate and maintain robust relationships with the school community and foster potential collaborations with high schools;
  • conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to support formulation of new strategies of the local sector;
  • establish and maintain a close and trusting relationship with student ambassadors in support of wide range of outreach activities;
  • working outside normal office hours and traveling outside Hong Kong may be required when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of work experience, preferably in education or marketing and communication sector. 
  • A self-driven person with good presentation and communication skills; and a team player with a strong sense of commitment with demonstrated maturity.  He/She should enjoy working with people of diverse backgrounds. 
  • Experience in public speaking, project and event management and digital marketing is a definite advantage. 
  • Good command of written English and Chinese, and fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua are essential.

(Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
