Job description

• Lead and manage the whole team to achieve objectives and targets in terms of teaching quality, service standards and retention rate;
• Responsible and accountable for performance and operation of the Centre;
• In charge of overall management and the daily operation of the Centre;
• Perform administration duties and provide administrative support for the Centre;
• Assist in teaching classes; 
• Maintain good customer relationship with parents;
• Understand the current education trends and systems;

Requirement

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in business/education field;
• Experience in managing a centre or class teaching will be an advantage;
• Self-motivated and able to work independently;
• Willing to take up challenges and management-level responsibilities;
• Able to multitask and work under pressure;
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably including  Putonghua;
• Computer literate and familiar with Chinese Word, Power Point and Excel;
• Less experience will be considered as a Centre Supervisor.
