Job Responsibilities 職責:

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of Uniform, Linen and Laundry sections to ensure high standard at all aspects according to the Club standard
• Ensure linen and uniform are in good quality, clean and tidy
• Keep records and conduct monthly uniform and linen inventory stock taking
• Assist in uniform measurement and tailor service for new staff to ensure tidiness and cleanliness
• Supervise and arrange duty roster for Uniform, Linen and Laundry team
• Coordinate with outside contractor for extra laundry service logistics
• Perform relevant duties assigned by Housekeeper
• Require to work for shift duties
   
• 負責制服、布草及洗衣房的日常運作，以達至會所標準
• 確保布草及制服品質優良、乾淨整潔
• 每月盤點布草並確保會所備有足夠的布草
• 為新員工量身配備制服
• 負責制服、布草及洗衣房的人手管理及工作安排
• 與承包商協調有關洗衣服務安排
• 執行上司指派的合理職責
• 需要輪更工作

Requirements 入職要求:

• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in prestigious private club, hotel or similar establishment with 2 years in supervisory level
• Experienced in tailoring and operating machines in laundry room
• Basic computer knowledge including Excel and Word applications
• Be proactive and responsible
• Willing to work as a team with good interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate in written and spoken Chinese & English
   
• 最少5年或以上有關工作經驗及2年督導經驗
• 具修改制服及洗衣房機器操作經驗
• 具基本電腦應用知識，包括Excel 及 Word
• 主動及有責任感
• 具團隊精神及良好人際技巧
• 操流利粵語及基本英文
