Spearhead the development & implementation of digital solutions to streamline business processes and fulfill strategic objectives
Cultivate innovative initiatives, elevate digital capabilities and ensure alignment of digital solutions with overarching business goals
Identify & recommend innovative technologies to streamline processes, automate tasks and improve efficiency across leasing operations
Communicate the benefits & progress of digital initiatives to key stakeholders, gather detailed user requirements and prepare user documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. IT, Property Management, Marketing etc.) to integrate digital solutions seamlessly across various functional units within the organization
Develop and implement change management strategies to aid the department head in making executive decisions
Monitor and report on the user adoption & impact of digital projects, identify areas for improvement and facilitate learning for the future
Manage and oversee a team of digital enablement analysts, provide guidance, mentorship & professional development opportunities
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Information Technology or related disciplines, Master's Degree is preferred
Minimum 8 years’ progressive experience in digital transformation, technology consulting or related fields, with proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within the leasing or financial services industry
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex digital transformation projects across multiple departments
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations for leasing operations
Deep understanding of leasing operations, processes and industry best practices is highly desirable
Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
