【太平洋咖啡】人力資源主任（薪酬方向）
Job Responsibility
• Perform and handle all payroll functions including but not limited to monthly payroll, final payment, MPF administration, tax filing and leave calculation
• Monitor vendor in progress of renewal of C&B exercises, medical plan and insurance renewals etc.
• Monitor and manage all payroll activities to produce accurate and timely delivery of payroll services
• Assist DH to monitor existing policies and procedures, drive process improvement to ensure best-practice operation
• Assist in preparing various analysis, annual & budgeting reports for management review
• 執行並處理所有薪資相關事宜，包括但不限於每月薪資發放、離職結算、MPF管理、稅務申報和考勤計算等。
• 跟進供應商完成人力資源福利計畫、醫療保險和保險續期等事宜。
• 處理所有薪資相關事宜，確保按時準確地提供薪資服務。
• 協助上級審視現有的政策和程式，推動流程改進，確保最佳實踐操作。
• 協助準備各種分析報告和年度/預算報告，供管理層審閱。
Job Requirement
• Proficiency in MS Excel, strong knowledge and experience in using People Soft system is required ; At least 5 years related experiences
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, relevant law and regulations. Strong numerical sense and good analytical skills；Ensure compliance of the company's HR operations
• Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua
• 熟練掌握MS Excel，熟悉People Soft系統，並具有最少5年有關經驗；
• 熟悉香港《雇傭條例》及相關法律、法規。具備較強的數字概念和良好的分析能力；確保公司人力資源操作合規
• 工商管理或人力資源管理或相關專業學士學位持有者；
• 具備良好的英語和中文口語及書面表達能力。
