• We are looking for JAPANESE SPEAKING SALES COORDINATOR - with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Work in a Business Team of 3 members
• Build & enhance relationship with sales companies, distributors, and internal teams
• Proactively follow up with customers to maximize sales and ensure satisfaction
• Participate in developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve corporate objectives
• Handle customer inquiries, sales orders, coordinating sales and marketing activities
• Prepare sales budgets, reports, analyses and business proposals/presentations
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers on new product development
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales administration / sales support / sales / marketing, or equivalent
• Interest in consumer electronic products / smart home .... etc
• Proficient in Japanese, English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Occassional business trips may required
• 5 days work
• Annual leave : 12 days
