Responsibilities:

 

• Formulate marketing strategies for payment card products in order to achieve the assigned KPI: e.g. no. of new credit card customers, card spending and receivables, top line 
• Monitor and execute marketing programs to ensure smooth operation and timely roll-out of programs
• Explore and develop new channels or products for business growth
• Conduct post program evaluation and analysis to identify the key learning
• Monitor and control marketing expenses to ensure programs launched within assigned budget
• Ensure proper internal control in place and comply with regulatory requirements

 

Requirements:
 

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines preferable
• 7 years or above relevant experience with minimum 6 years’ marketing experience in the credit card / personal loan industry 
• Strong marketing sense, good project management skill, and attention to details
• Strong self-motivation, with creativity and ability to work under pressure 
• Substantial knowledge of respective responsible areas / functions
• Well-versed in relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills
• Good PC knowledge
