Responsibilities:

 

• Craft, edit and produce communication materials, including press release, corporate publication, marketing communication materials, newsletter, presentation and social media contents
• Organize corporate events and activities, such as town halls, seminars, offsite meetings and customer events
• Manage the Bank’s social media channels
• Perform daily media monitoring on Fubon Bank and the industry to keep management abreast of industry trends and issues 
• Provide administrative support to the Head of Corporate Communications and/or the department

 

Requirements:

 

• Degree holder or above in Communications, Business, Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Corporate Communications or Marketing Communications, preferably with experience in PR firm, advertising agencies, digital marketing, social media and/or event planning. Candidate with less experience will also be considered
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua would be a plus 
• Great attention to detail and excellent organization skills
• Strong business sense and communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with media, vendors and internal clients. GBA exposure is an asset.
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• A team player with strong project management skill
