Responsibilities:

 

• Responsible for data centre operations in data centre including manage the printing process, report distribution, batch job processing, data backup and restoration and environment monitoring
• Allocating operations resources as needed to meet pre-defined schedules and/or requests
• Oversee facility maintenance work and equipment installation/de-installation
• Monitor data centre availability
• Assist support to analyzed technical problems efficiency, effectiveness and quality of operations
• Provide guidance to and assist in the training of less experience computer operators
• Prepare operational report and submit to Data Centre Operations Lead

 

Requirements:

 

• Diploma graduation or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Holder of CDCP, CDCS, ITIL is preferred
• 5 years data centre operations working experiences, less years can consider for junior position.
• Good knowledge in enterprise computer in AS400, UNIX / LINUX and Windows environment especially in banking or finance industry.
• Knowledge in data centre design, facility setup and maintenance.
• Self-motivated, proactive and analytical thinking
