Responsibilities:

• Track and Monitor the progress of projects to ensure they are on schedule
• Work closely within project managers and stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration across different IT teams
• Prepare and deliver regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues
• Provide support for project governance matters
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Information Technology / Business Administration or equivalent
• 3+ years' experience in a similar Project Administration or project portfolio management role, preferably within the IT industry
• Working experience in Banking/Financial industry would be an added advantage
• Strong team interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal IT team
• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience in Jira & confluence is an advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
