As the Promotion Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing promotional strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. You will leverage your event management expertise to plan and coordinate events that align with our marketing objectives and resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement promotional campaigns that align with company goals and brand identity.

- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including product launches, trade shows and promotional activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for promotional activities and events.

- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform promotional strategies and event planning.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and events, providing insights for continuous improvement.

- Lead and mentor a team of marketing and event professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in promotion and event management, preferably in a managerial role.

- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events and promotional campaigns.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, as well as event management platforms.
