Responsibilities:
 

• Perform tier 1/2 Systems & related Helpdesk Support
• To provide EUC day-to day support, inclusive of Office IT systems, PC hardware/software/connectivity and BYOD users;
• To assist VDI project deployment includes user management, profile migration, data migration, troubleshooting and inventory management (both hardware and software inventory)
• Assist Senior Systems Engineer and System Administrator on daily system operation and perform server/network equipment setup
• Assist in System Testing & Proof of Concept preparation as required
• Assist with both internal and external projects as assigned
• On job training will be provided

  Requirements:
 

• Diploma / Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• 0-3 years hands-on experience in EUC/System Support
• Knowledge in Microsoft 365, Window Server, Linux, Virtualization such as VMware vSphere is a plus
• Certificate in MCSE / MCITP / CCNA / ITIL is a plus
• Service to Senior Management experience is a plus
• Good working attitude with strong communication & inter-personal skill
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
