Duties & Responsibilities :

• Experience in contract administration, claims preparation, with commercial and legal/ arbitration knowledge, familiar with various forms of conditions of contracts, cost control, planning and strategic management

• Monitor subcontract and head contract administration

• Ensure tender documents are well in place for submission including subcontract packages, scopes, tender recommendation and comparison sheets

• Assist in the management of quality on projects by carrying out requirements as directed under the Project Quality Management Plan

• Develop and maintain excellent client, consultant, subcontractor and project team member relationships

• Negotiate terms with subcontractors and clients for business proposal

Requirements :

• Degree holder in Commercial/Project/Construction Mangement, Quantity Surveying, Building or related disciplines, preferably with MHKIS, MCIOB, MCIArb or approved equivalent professional qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years’ experience in contract administration/management and/or a construction law practice with progressively increased levels of responsibility

• Proven experience and knowledge in contract administration of theme-parks construction projects is a plus, but not required

• Capability of gathering information to make informed, timely and smart decisions to the best benefit of the company and client

• Ability to communicate effectively and positively with customers and employees 

• Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese
