Responsibilities:

• Report to COO
• Manage the Logistics Department and enhance the logistics capability so as to ensure a high quality of services and be able to meet the company's strategic development plan.
• Supervise the shipping team and the warehouse team (around 20 staff).
• Monitor and review the ERP/WMS system.  Ensure and maintain an efficient and accurate system.
• Monitor the import and export operations in accordance with the related regulations and in compliance with local & global laws.
• Manage and implement the ISO 9001 : 2015 system in the logistics department and maintain ISO policies and documents properly.
• Organize and conduct stocktake on a regular basis.
• Maintain a strong relationships with service providers (especially 3PL) and internal teams.
• Take up projects/ tasks as assigned by management whenever needed.

Requirements: 

• University degree with professional training in logistics and warehouse management.
• Over 15years’ experience in warehouse and logistics management post in electronics components industry.
• Familiar with shipping and warehouse operation, custom rules and regulations, license (especially HK & the PRC), INCOTERM, etc.
• Previous exposure in global shipment is a must, especially shipment to China and South East Asia.
• Good knowledge on import and export compliance and controlled goods regulations.
• Well-versed in ERP system (e.g. Epicor)
• Good management skills.  Good communication skills; both verbal and written.
• Fluent in both English and Putonghua.
• Occasional travel to PRC is needed
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Logistics Manager
