This role is crucial for driving the firm's fundraising efforts and building relationships with institutional investors.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and manage USD real estate fundraising project

• Manage the full fundraising lifecycle from identifying potential investors to closing capital commitments

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies

• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with potential investors and stakeholders by effectively communicating the value position of the firm

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align fundraising goals with overall firm strategy 

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify fundraising opportunities

• Provide updates to investors on fund performance and market trends

• Prepare and present fundraising materials to investors

• Hands-on involvement in driving the growth and success of a growing firm

Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of fundraising experience within private equity/real estate investment industry

• Proven track record in raising capital for real estate investments from institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals and family offices.

• Residential property experience in the Greater China region is highly preferred 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate or related field

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

• Strong leadership skills with ability to build and maintain relationships with investors

• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability and passion for private real estate
