Mandatory Qualifications:

• Holder of a Hong Kong degree in computer related subjects, or equivalent; OR 
• Holder of a Hong Kong degree other than computer related subjects, or holder of an associate degree / higher diploma from a Hong Kong tertiary institution in computer related subjects, or equivalent; and 
• One additional year’ relevant post-qualification experience in computing field

Must Have Qualifications:

• At least ten years’ post-qualification experience in one or more of the following fields – Information Technology project management, systems analysis and design, application programming, operations management, systems programming and specialized technical support.
• At least two years’ post-qualification experience in project management or technical consultancy; and 
  Experience in supervising a team of five members or more.

Project Manager is mainly deployed to perform any of the following duties:

• To plan and control all phases of computer projects including feasibility study, systems analysis and design, procurement and installation of computer systems, programming, implementation, system nursing and maintenance. 
• To provide technical consultative services on operating systems, data communication, database, application software and languages. 
• To manage the operation of the computer center and data preparation installations. 
• To evaluate and select appropriate computer products for the development and maintenance of the system; and 
• To perform other relevant duties.
