Handle full range of company secretarial duties for a listed company and its subsidiaries in compliance with the relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
Maintain and update statutory records and proper filings
Assist in preparing annual/interim reports, SFC filings, board meetings, board committee meetings and general meetings, and drafting announcements and circulars
Liaise and coordinate with external parties
Routine review to ensure the group is in compliance with relevant statutory requirements
Perform ad-hoc assignments and duties when required
Requirements
Degree holder with HKICS associate/graduate/student membership
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, experience gained from Hong Kong listed companies will be asset
Familiar with Listing Rules, SFC regulations and Companies Ordinance and other relevant legal and regulatory requirements
Well organized, meticulous, high integrity, self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skill with a strong sense of responsibility
Good PC skills of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
