• Handle vendor registration and maintain vendor master

• Monitor vendor performance and assist vendor performance evaluation 

• Provide administrative support for sourcing and contract management

• Maintain and update filing, procurement records and documentation for internal audits

• Prepare regular reports to monitor the procurement activities

• Assist in  market research and supplier sourcing

• Perform administration matters for the team

• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
   

You’ll be a Great Talent, if you possess… 

• Holder of Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Business, Procurement or Supply Chain

• 1-2 years of experience in administrative work

• Experience in procurement or sourcing will be of high advantage

• Experience in ERP system (e.g. SAP or Oracle) will be of high advantage

• Detail-minded, and ability to work independently with good self-discipline

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively 

• Good command of written English and Chinese

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Fresh graduates from Bachelor Degree are also welcomed to apply

• Candidates with more experience will also be considered as Assistant Procurement Officer
