Job Description

• Manage daily shop operation
• Understand the needs of our customer and their pets to provide professional customer service and advice
• To be our brand ambassador and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Pet products to the customers
• Taking care pets and managing events if needed
• Ensure adequate stock level for smooth operation
• Passionate, willing to learn and take initiative with positive attitude and enjoy teamwork
