Job Responsibilities:

1. R&D and Technology Development

• Lead the design and development of innovative materials, fabrics, and technologies. 

• Conduct research on cutting-edge solutions for performance enhancements, including moisture-wicking, breathability, stretch, and durability. 

• Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation of new products and technologies. 

• Drive the adoption and feasibility of manufacturing & efficiency.

2. Project Management

• Plan, organize, and manage R&D projects from concept to completion. 

• Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure deadlines are met. 

• Monitor project progress and resolve technical challenges as they arise. 

• identify patentable innovations, collaborate team to document, apply, file, manage IP and secure patent.

• Performed fitting, evaluate or create tech pack, provide technical advice to designer & buyer to meet with brand standards, requirements and aesthetic,  helped production to resolve technical & production challenges.
