Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinating the service events with external and internal parties

• Providing communications of project activities, including implementation, training and documentation

• Reporting on project activities (i.e. completion of tasks, milestones to ensure a successful month/quarter end closing)

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Language, Human Resources or related discipline

• Knowledge in HRMS is an advantage

• Sound PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• A team-player with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

• 1 year or above relevant working experiences

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant HRMS Consultant
