Responsibilities:

1. Develop project plans (scope, timeline, resource allocation) based on client requirements and company objectives.
2. Set project milestones, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables meet the required standards.
3. Collaborate with 3D artists, R&D engineers, and business teams to drive project execution.
4. Understand and translate client requirements into technically executable development tasks to ensure project outcomes meet client expectations.
5. Propose solutions for technical challenges, resource shortages, and changes in client requirements.
6. Manage project budgets and cost control to align with company interests.
7. Track industry trends in virtual humans, AI-generated content, 3D content creation, Unreal Engine, and cloud computing.

Requirements:

1. At least 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in gaming, animation, AI, or XR industries.
2. Knowledge of 3D character production processes, animation creation, or AIGC applications is a plus.
3. Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Monday), with PMP or Agile certification being a plus.
4. Strong problem-solving, cross-department coordination, risk management, and resource allocation skills.
5. Excellent English proficiency (reading & writing), with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and suppliers.
6. Experience working on large-scale 3D virtual human, game, animation, or film production projects is preferred.
7. Familiarity with writing requirement specification documents.
8. Strong presentation skills, with experience in government bidding projects being a plus.
9. Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
