To support our expanding business, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser / Assistant Merchandiser to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end merchandising activities, from product development to final delivery
Assist in business development by identifying new product opportunities and market trends
Source and liaise with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality and timely production.
Coordinate with factories on production follow-up, quality control and compliance with buyer requirements.
Handle order processing, documentation and shipment coordination to ensure on-time delivery.
Communicate effectively with overseas buyers, suppliers and internal teams.
Prepare and maintain product specifications, costing sheets, and order status reports.
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in Merchandising.
Experience in Porcelain, Tableware, or Home products is a plus.
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
Self-motivated, organized and able to work under tight deadlines.
