To support our expanding business, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser / Assistant Merchandiser to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end merchandising activities, from product development to final delivery

• Assist in business development by identifying new product opportunities and market trends

• Source and liaise with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality and timely production.

• Coordinate with factories on production follow-up, quality control and compliance with buyer requirements.

• Handle order processing, documentation and shipment coordination to ensure on-time delivery.

• Communicate effectively with overseas buyers, suppliers and internal teams.

• Prepare and maintain product specifications, costing sheets, and order status reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in Merchandising.

• Experience in Porcelain, Tableware, or Home products is a plus.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

• Self-motivated, organized and able to work under tight deadlines.
