Responsibilities:
• Prepare purchase order, coordinate delivery of ordered items and follow up orders
• Assist in sourcing, forecast planning and logistics planning
• Check purchase orders with invoices
• Manage and update all purchasing documents and records
• Liaise with suppliers, sales and engineers on requirements;
Requirements:
• DSE / HKCEE or above with 3 years relevant experience in purchasing or relevant industry is preferable
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing and knowledge in ERP system will be an advantage
• Detail-minded and hardworking
• Self-motivated, efficient, flexible and able to work independently
• Immediate availability is preferred
