Leading project team members to deliver engineering works.
On site trouble shooting, Site works coordination with clients and sub-contractors.
Provide technical support and perform site inspection and tests.
To prepare works quotations, technical submission and building services shop drawings and builder's work drawings.
Leader for testing and commissioning of Fire Services Systems and coordinate interfacing and T&C with other trades contractors.
Coaching junior engineers to perform their tasks.
Requirements
4 years solid engineering experience in Fire Services Installations with at least 3 years undertaking new project operation responsibilities.
Exposure of working in construction site is preferred.
Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Building Services Engineering, Fire Engineering, or equivalent.
Sound knowledge of using computer software i.e., MS Office, AutoCAD, FHC, and Revit … etc.
Experience in performing BIM coordinator is an advantage;
Expected teamwork player with strong analytical ability.
Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Proficient project management knowledge with good communication skills.
Able to communicate with good command of English and Chinese.
Fresh graduate or candidate with less experience may apply the post of Assistant Engineer
