Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science, business administration, marketing or related discipline;

• Advanced Marketing or Business qualification is desirable;

• Fluency in both written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese);

• Familiar with the trends and dynamics of HK local market;

• Minimum 5 years' of relevant commercial experience within marketing and sales in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in multinational pharmaceutical corporations;

• Agile mindset to develop new strategies for business grow and to advocate innovative ideas from concept to delivery;

• Demonstrates winning culture & adaptability to work in a fast-pacing, dynamic working environment and meeting tight deadlines;

• Exceptional communicational and interpersonal skills are required;

• Strong networking skills to create win-win solutions with solid negotiation tactics.
