Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of brand strategies, promotion, and campaign initiatives to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and growth;
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand differentiation;
• Establish and maintain a good relationship with media, consumers, and the public to foster a positive brand image;
• Support the brand promotion projects and brand-building management system of the Group and its subsidiaries to ensure consistent and unified brand messaging across all entities;
• Collaborate with department heads to establish and enhance corporate brand management standards while conducting brand-related training programs to align with the Group’s brand development;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role;
• Strong brand management skills, with excellent abilities in brand planning, analysis, and judgment; regional or corporate experience is preferred;
• Proficiency in graphic design, visual arts, or related fields, with expertise in using Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software;
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency is recommended; 
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, strong communication and coordination skills, and a keen sense of analytical thinking;
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical and FMCG industry is a definite advantage;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant.
