Provide secretarial and administrative support to CEO in both business / personal matters
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
Maintain daily routines, coordinate and set up appointments
Organize meeting and conference with internal and external party
Prepare minutes, reports and the presentation materials
Manage travel arrangement including flight schedule, visa, hotel and expenses claim
Assist in other ad hoc assignments and projects if necessary
Requirements:
Degree holder
At least 1-3 years of secretarial experience in toys industry is an advantage
Experienced in supervising daily admin operations
Fluent in written & spoken English & Mandarin
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word)
Detail-minded, Mature, well-organized with a strong sense of responsibility
Assist with special ad hoc projects is required
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Fresh graduates with working experience are also considered
Immediate available is preferred
Alternate Saturday, bank holidays, medical, MPF and double pay.
