Handle daily accounts operation independently & transactions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, month-end closing, and reconciliations
Assist in financial reporting and management reporting (including but not limited to budgeting and forecasting)
Work closely with the accounting team of different school sections to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations
Liaise with bank and external auditors in all aspects of financial reporting
Assist in audit and tax matters
Assist in a system implementation projects
Assist in ad-hoc assignments and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Detail oriented, good analytical & interpersonal skills, self-motivated, able to work independently & under pressure
Well organized, with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
Candidates with more experience could be considered as Accountant.
