Administrative Officer/Senior Officer - Business Development Team
Respond to broker firm enquiries and provide information within the standard service time & quality
Follow up with broker firm on policy pending case
Support and handle daily sales support and coordination duties in services standard and in compliance with regulations
Handle general administrative work and document filing
Support forms ordering and printing arrangement
Support account manager to generate Proposal, product comparison
Provide sales administrative support to sales team to achieve the team sales target
Participate in IT projects for enhancing internal systems to streamline team’s routine processes
Job Requirements
0-1 year experience in brokerage sales/sales management experience
Candidate who passed IIQE Paper 1,3 is highly preferred
Strong problem solving and communication skills
Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Proficient in MS Office applications especially PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
