Responsibilities:

· Provide general laboratory, logistical and operational support

· Organise and store all chemicals/laboratory supplies according to the safety instructions

· Assist teachers in managing and maintaining the science labs, as well as keeping them in good working order by completing inventory, replenishing necessary supplies, cleaning equipment, and completing administrative tasks (preparing teaching materials, etc.) as necessary

· Provide administrative support for science teachers

· Prepare materials and apparatus for Chemistry, Biology and Physics experiments. This includes working with electrical equipment (such as oscilloscopes and spectrometers), chemicals, biological specimens, and other resources

Requirements:

· Degree holder in the study of Chemistry, Biology, Physics or science related subjects

· Holder of Laboratory Technician’s Certificate is preferred

· Have work experience in a school environment or laboratory

· Be an effective communicator in oral and written English

· Be a good team player

· First-aid certificate is an advantage

· Candidate with less experience will be considered as Science Laboratory Assistant
