Customer Services Supervisor - Sea Freight

Job Responsibilities 

• Follow up overseas routing orders and bookings from clients
• Monitor the shipments on a daily basis, deal with any issues that may have occurred
• Maintain close communication and coordinate with clients / overseas agents / carriers / warehouse
• Coordinate/drive business for the company in cooperation with the sales person owning the customer and other relevant departments.
• Prepare weekly & monthly loading report
• Follow up customers’ requests/complaints

Job Requirements

• Secondary graduate or above.
• Written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
• At least 2 years relevant experience in forwarding company.
• Customer-oriented, proactive and well-organized
• Proficient in MS Office application, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Willing to work overtime & under pressure.
• Location: Kowloon Bay
• 5-day work
