Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent; 
• 2-3 years related working experience in Site Construction works preferably worked in Contractor or Subcontractor for the following:

           1. Preparation of Building Services Drawings (ISD, BWDs, CSDs, CBWDs)

           2. Co-ordination, Installation, T&C of Building Services [experience in MVAC works is preferable] Works, and

           3. Familiar with BIM, AutoCAD operation.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently;
• Work on site;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as BS Engineer.
