Role Summary

As an Operations Executive, you will play a important role in ensuring the smooth operation of our port agency services. You will coordinate with various stakeholders to manage vessel schedules and operational activities, contributing to a positive and efficient workplace. Your efforts will directly enhance the overall experience for our clients and support our mission to deliver top-tier services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to Operations Manager

• Coordinate with parties including suppliers, vendors, principals etc. for schedule of vessels e.g. from arrival planning to berthing, loading, and departure

• Prepare reports and other operations related activities as per instruction from principals

• Ensure timely management and arrangement of assignments and requirements from principals, including crewing matters and handling ship spares

• Maintain and provide regular updates to principals and relevant parties regarding vessel schedules and arrangements

• Board ships at the terminal as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in shipping, logistics, or a related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in port agency, vessel handling, or port coordination; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel

• Willingness to perform outdoor work after office hours

• Ability to work independently, with strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with parties

• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Immediate availability or short notice is advantageous
