Responsible for full aspect of HR functions including payroll, recruitment, performance management, HR system, employee relations, compensation & benefits, etc.;
Provide general secretarial services to Director and Senior Executive such as arranging business issues and planning overseas trips;
Provides a full spectrum of administrative support services;
Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Human Resources;
Minimum 2-3 years accounting experience for the financial services sector;
Experience in all-rounded Human Resources (training, recruitment, compensation and benefits, etc.);
Experience in financial industry is highly preferred;
Familiar with relevant laws and regulations in Hong Kong;
Able to communicate with people with all levels of the Organization;
Be strategic, passion in work, creative and details mindset;
Excellent in people management, well interpersonal skills and coaching skills;
Ability to prioritize task effectively and manage multiple tasks; and
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is must.
