-Team management – a team of 5-6
-Attract Top Talent – Build hiring strategies & manage recruitment from start to finish.
-Lead Compensation & Benefits – Ensure competitive pay & reward structures.
-Streamline HR Operations – Oversee payroll, benefits & compliance with ease.
-Leverage Data & Insights – Use analytics to support workforce planning & business decisions.
-Ensure Compliance – Keep policies up-to-date & aligned with regulations.
-Empower Your Team – Guide & mentor HR professionals to drive performance.
-Drive Strategic HR Projects – Align HR with business goals for lasting impact.
What You Bring:
-5+ years of HR leadership in a fast-paced industry (tech/telecom preferred).
-Strong knowledge of HK employment laws & HR best practices.
-Excellent people skills & a problem-solving mindset.
-Detail-oriented, proactive & adaptable to change.
-Fluent in English & Chinese.
Less experience? You may be considered for HR Manager.
900K-1M + Bonus
