Responsibilities:

• Act as business partner to provide HR solutions to business units on people related matters, like talent acquisition and retention, change management, etc.
• Provide professional HR account services to designated Business Units / Corporate Units, including recruitment, staff retention, salary benchmarking, disciplinary and performance management.
• Support in various HR initiatives and employee relations activities.
• Participate in ad hoc HR projects within the Group as assigned.

 Requirements:

• Degree holder with Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred from telecommunication or ICT/IT industry
• Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations in HK, exposure in other regions, like PRC, would be an asset
• Proactive, meticulous, independent, able to meet tight deadline with good organizational and problem-solving skills 
• Strong sense of responsibility and willing to take up challenge in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
