Act as business partner to provide HR solutions to business units on people related matters, like talent acquisition and retention, change management, etc.
Provide professional HR account services to designated Business Units / Corporate Units, including recruitment, staff retention, salary benchmarking, disciplinary and performance management.
Support in various HR initiatives and employee relations activities.
Participate in ad hoc HR projects within the Group as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree holder with Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred from telecommunication or ICT/IT industry
Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations in HK, exposure in other regions, like PRC, would be an asset
Proactive, meticulous, independent, able to meet tight deadline with good organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong sense of responsibility and willing to take up challenge in a fast-paced and changing environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
