The applicant must possess
a recognized degree;
a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification work experience, preferably in education and/ or construction industry;
a good sense of responsibility, being meticulous and attentive to details;
good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with various internal and external stakeholders;
a proactive, resourceful, creative, energetic character and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and good time management skills. Basic understanding of generative AI and data skills are preferred;
a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

Duties include
to undertake programme administration, including course development, revamping study programs, obtaining qualifications recognition;
to provide logistic supports to different training programs in relation to the Qualification Framework (QF) matters;
to coordinate with various parties, including teaching staff, students to implement plans assigned by committees, program team and task groups;
to obtain feedback from various stakeholders and prepare data analysis & management reports;
to support events such as seminars, workshops and forums;
to provide secretariat support to different Program Teams and Trade Advisory Panel; and
to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
