Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented E-commerce cum Designer to support our online business growth. This role combines e-commerce management and graphic design , ensuring effective brand representation across digital platforms. You will be responsible for managing online stores, designing marketing visuals, and enhancing the overall user experience to drive online sales.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce ManagementManage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., HKTVmall, Tmall, Lazada, Shopee, etc.).
Monitor online store performance, optimize product descriptions, and improve search rankings.
Coordinate promotions, campaigns, and pricing strategies with the marketing team.
Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve online sales performance.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online purchases.
Develop product visuals, banners, social media content, and promotional materials for e-commerce and digital marketing.
Ensure brand consistency across all online channels through engaging and high-quality designs.
Design and edit product packaging, infographics, and marketing collaterals .
Collaborate with the marketing team to create visuals for digital ads and campaigns.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in e-commerce management and graphic design (preferably in FMCG or retail).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and e-commerce platforms.
Strong understanding of online marketplaces and digital marketing trends.
Basic knowledge of HTML and UI/UX design is a plus.
Detail-oriented, creative, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
