• Degree or Higher Diploma holder preferred, with a strong sense of responsibility, compassion, and patience.
  
• Provide administrative support, including, but not limited to, monitoring mail / faxes, stationery / stock ordering, staffing and student data input, and handling basic clerical duties.
  
• Maintain records and documentation related to office operations, including inventory of supplies and stationery, as well as the maintenance of office equipment, such as printers and fax machines.
  
• Handle student locker and graduation gown services, including issuing items and processing applications.
  
• Assist with the setup of exam centers.
  
• Assist with tendering exercises.
  
• Assist in coordinating the janitorial team and following up on actions to maintain campus hygiene and tidiness.
  
• Manage stock and purchase cleaning materials and minor repair supplies, as needed.
  
• Oversee and suggest campus maintenance, including minor repair and maintenance work.
  
• Provide counter services and respond to telephone inquiries.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned by the principal.
