Business Analyst - Leading Insurance - WFH, flexible culture, digital projects
Our client, a leading insurance MNC, is looking a business analyst to join their team. This is a digital team that works in their largest customer portal and web/app platform development. This BA will analyse user requirements, draft user stories and journeys, align business knowledge between users and IT, execute UAT, and manage different stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
1-3 years BA experience
Insurance background
Solid skillsets in gathering requirements, documentation and testing
Ability to excel in an agile environment
A proactive, passionate personality
Good communication skills and experience working with vendors and stakeholders
Responsibilities
Perform business analysis and requirement gathering to support business initiatives and project or related issues
Collect, analyze and document business needs and requirements in Business Requirement Specifications
Review IT documents to ensure alignment of understanding of requirements between business end users and IT
Execute UAT to support project roll-out
Assist in project coordination and administrative tasks on needed basis
Communicate with different stakeholders, BUs, vendors, developers
