Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues
Assist users with operating system (Windows, macOS) and software applications, such as Microsoft Office
Perform routine maintenance and updates on desktop systems to ensure optimal performance.
Document and track support requests using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
Qualifications
At least 6 months of experience in Deskside support role or similar technical support position
Proactive, hands-on problem solver with a passion for IT and user support
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach
