The Opportunity

Hult International Business School is looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented Associate Enrollment Director to join our team and to help take Hult's recruitment activities to new levels. As part of Hult's growing team in Asia, you will play a key role in this and be rewarded for your drive, innovative ideas, and results based on a very clear set of KPIs.


Responsibilities

  • Defining and implementing a go-to-market strategy to recruit internationally-minded, high quality students from various key Asia markets interested to join Hult's MBA, Master's programs
  • Representing Hult at various fairs, conferences, and events and hosting regional info sessions and "meet and greets" in targeted cities
  • Advising prospective students in person or via telephone and guiding them through the recruiting & admission process
  • Nurturing relationships from initial student contact through them arriving in class
  • Build and manage relationships with student associations, clubs, societies, and ambassadors at flagship universities to boost brand awareness and generate inquiries.
  • Lead on-campus or online events tailored to student needs in collaboration with faculty and alumni, engaging students with Hult’s Masters and Summer Bootcamp programs.
  • Use social media, especially LinkedIn, to connect with club leaders and members, and enhance Hult's brand presence within university networks.
  • Out reach activities: Calls, Messages, and Linkedin outreach etc


Qualifications

  • 2-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruiting for a respected company with proven success of exceeding sales targets
  • At least one year of international experience (professional or personal) and passionate about working in a multicultural environment. Ideally having lived abroad
  • Strong business acumen, analytical ability and execution skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The poise to handle the pressure and demands of our industry in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Target driven and “nothing is impossible” positive attitude
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, and Korean or Japanese is plus
