We are now looking for a high caliber individual to take up the role as Customer Service in our Warehouse. This role plays a key part in strengthening our processes and enhance productivity with good quality / service.

Customer Service Coordinator (Contract Logistics Team)

COLLABORATE: your responsibilities

• Providing customer services as a key contact to the customers

• Providing counter services e.g. document checking for cargo reception and releasing

• Working and communicating closely with warehouse team and distribution vendors

• Handling import / export documents, shipment booking and customs declaration

• Operating and inputting data to WMS / customers’ systems

• Preparing daily reports, billing summary, cost booking and invoicing with accuracy

• Preparing labels to warehouse team

• Assisting team leader to streamline the existing workflow, to ensure the process is compliance with SOPs, KPIs and policies, and to maintain ISO 9001:2015 & ISO14001:2015

• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors

CONTRIBUTE: your qualifications

• F.5 or above with minimum 3 years relevant experience in logistics / warehousing / freight forwarding

• Experience in 3PL with customer facing is preferred

• Good knowledge in warehouse workflow and application of WMS

• Willing to learn, strong sense of responsibility, self-initiative and detail-minded

• Good communication skill

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Proficient in MS Office specially in Excel (V-lookup / Pivot-Table)

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Clerk
